While Mark was in Mexico for the Flakes trip last week, he decided to finally sign up for a zip line adventure.  For $99 (Mark paid with a $100 bill and the guy in Mexico swears his repay Mark his $2 one of these days), he was able to ride on 15 different zip lines.  The first zip lines started about 50 feet off the ground...and then they got kind of scary.

Interestingly enough, Mark's father is desperately afraid of heights.  His fear is so bad that he refuses to visit his son's workplace on the 23rd floor of the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Billings.  Once, Mark bought his dad tickets for a concert at Metra Park and he refused to sit in the upper deck.  In spite of his hereditary phobias, Mark managed to complete the course without soiling himself.

Paul pointed out that the zip lines and outdoor adventures are much better in foreign countries due to the overwhelming number of federal safety regulations here in America.  Of course, safety regulations can be a good thing.  Especially when you're dangling 200 feet off the ground on a rope in the Mexican jungle.
