Marty Stuart and Connie Smith to Appear in Billings

Of course I'm partial to their style of country music. It's what I grew with. My dad's band always practiced at our house. So I knew all the words to "Tonight, The Bottle Let Me Down" and "The Key's in the Mailbox."

My dad was a country DJ with his own syndicated classic country music program, "Grass Roots Gold." That's why I'm excited to go see Marty Stuart and Connie Smith at the Alberta Bair Theatre on Sept. 30. The show will be pure country and not overamplified. Tickets are only $35.
