A Missing Former Congressional Candidate Suddenly Reappears

From the Flakes Weird File comes a story we talked about this morning.  A former congressional candidate reported missing in late June has suddenly been found safe and sound at his home in Victor. The Sheriff  of Ravalli County says detectives spoke to 53-year-old David Philip Kaiser yesterday, but the former Congressional Candidate refused the give them any information and even refused to make a statement without an attorney present! Officers still don't know where he was and why he wouldn’t cooperate. Hoffman says the department wants to find out where Kaiser went, especially since officers and community members spent more than two weeks looking for him. Two very expensive weeks.

At the very least he owes and explanation for his disappearance and should cover the costs of the of the officers that were searching for him!
