Mom Is Best Say Experts

There is a new trend that shows working moms want to work, according to a Pew Research Center study.  Sheryl Sandberg writes in her new book Lean In:  Women, Work and the Will to Lead that women need to get more aggressive if they want to lead. However there are those who believe it is more a question of necessity due to the economy.

When adults were asked about working moms however, just 16 percent said the best situation for a young child is to have a mother working full time. Just over 40 percent said part time was ideal, and one-third said staying home was best for kids.  The bottom line? Do what’s best for your family. No one situation will work for everyone and finances, the ECONOMY, and where you live play a huge role.
