Not a Gay Bashing

Being gay is hard enough, and I've been so proud of the strides Montana has made changing their views.  Then, here comes Joseph Baken.  Tried to do some kind of idiotic flip on a sidewalk and biffed it.  So, instead of manning up and saying what really happened, somehow this young man thought it would be better all the way around to lie and say he was beaten because he's gay.  I didn't use his picture because I hear this honest gentleman is from Billings, I'm not sure, but he's got enough problems already.

Thank you for setting all of my gay and lesbian friends and family back about 5 years in their struggle.  Hate crimes are one of the lowest forms of evil.  Lying about a hate crime is worse.  Shame on you.
