One Line Monday: Should a Pit Bull Who Attacked a 4 yr. Old Be Euthanized

This morning's one line Monday question was all about Mickey, the pit bull from Phoenix whose life was spared by a judge last week.

Mickey was on death row after attacking a 4 year old boy.  Some animal rights group said Mickey shouldn't be put down because the babysitter and the boys were at fault.  Advocates started "Save Mickey" campaign on Facebook, which obtained over 60,000 "likes".

Cat Country listeners didn't feel the same.  In fact, it was unanimous.  Every person who called in said they think Mickey should have been put down.  One guy joked that if his 4 year old son was attacked, they would need to argue about it, the dog would have already been disposed of.  Another lady called in to say if it was her dog, she would have put it down herself.

We also heard from a lady who had been attacked by a pit bull.  Not only does she think Mickey should be put down, she took care of the dog who attacked her.
