Pictures from Breakfast with the Flakes at the Grand Opening of the new Scheels Store on Saturday

Thanks to all of the great Cat Country listeners who stopped by and said hello to the Flakes Saturday morning at the Grand Opening of the new Scheels store.  It was a freak show.  They estimate that 2,500 people attended the event and we're still amazed by a few of the things we saw.

The first people in line were a group of students from Columbus High School.  Padon, Sarah, Josiah and Hollee started camping out on Friday at 4:30 pm.  When we showed up at 5, they still hadn't slept.

The second guy in line didn't have any problem sleeping.  He started camping out Friday night at around 10.

The line got longer throughout the morning.  Here's what it looked like at 5 am.

Here's what one of the three lines looked like just before the store opened at 9 am.  Thanks to our sponsors for helping us feed the masses.  Mary's Sunny Day Cafe, Perkin's, the Log Cabin Bakery and the Rock Creek Coffee Roasters, who must have went through about a 100 big jugs of coffee.
