Rabid Skunks in Big Horn County

Got some stinky news for our friends from Hardin.  Big Horn County recently discovered a skunk with rabies and now your pets are on lock down.  Thanks to the rabid skunk, all cats, dogs and ferrets will not be allowed to leave Big Horn Country for the next 60 days.

Paul wondered how many people will actually care about this quarantine.  If you're planning  a family road trip, are you really gonna leave Silver at home because he might have come in contact with a contagious skunk?

According to Paul, skunks are kind of like Mark Wilson.  They come out in February to breed, then they go back to sleep for another month and return in the spring.  Paul also recommends that the best way to protect your pet from ravenous skunks is to give your dog purified bottled water.
