Soon the iPhone Will Do Your Work For You

Okay, I realize the headline sounds a bit ridiculous BUT the iPhone can do so much more now than anyone ever anticipate... except maybe for Steve Jobs himself.

Case in point, I was at a local store that sold mac products and spotted the newest software for the iphone that helps you improve your golf swing. No joke, you wear a bracelet that connects to your phone and the app via Bluetooth, take a swing at an imaginary golf ball and it breaks down your stroke at different points to tell you what you're doing wrong.

It's not cheap at $199 but considering today's green fees can run anywhere between $30 and $150 depending on the course, what's it worth to you? I can tell you from the number of golf clubs I've destroyed in frustration (ever watch Happy Gilmore?), that in my case, it would pay for itself in an afternoon or two.
