There are so many important dates in history that we all learn about and remember.  A few of those dates are; 1492, when Christopher Columbus discovered the New World.

1914, saw the start of the Great War or World War I.

In 1939 World War II broke out and in 1963, Lee Harvey Oswald assassinated President John F. Kennedy.

Civil rights leader and activist Martin Luther King was shot and killed in 1968 by James Earl Ray.

Actor Ronald Reagan was elected President in 1980, the same year that the war between Iran and Iraq started.

In 1986, the space shuttle Challenger launched and as we watched in horror it exploded just 73 seconds after takeoff.

In 2001 terrorists took control of four airplanes, crashing two planes into the World Trade Center in New York and one plane into the Pentagon. The fourth plane crashed in Pennsylvania. This was the deadliest attack ever to occur on American soil

Fast forward to 2011; Osama bin Laden, the head of the terrorist group Al-Qaeda is killed in Pakistan.

Another very important date to remember, especially going into this Presidential election is September 11, 2012.

Exactly one year after Osama bin Laden is killed the US Consulate in Benghazi is attached and Ambassador Chris StevensInformation Officer Sean Smith, and two CIA operatives, Glen Doherty and Tyrone Woods, both former Navy SEALS were killed.

Coming up on June 5th here in Billings you are invited to join Shadow Warrior Harry Bologna, a retired Navy Seal Chief of the elite DEVELOPMENT GROUP and Mark "Oz" Geist, Co-author of 13 Hours in Benghazi, the inside account of what really happened.
