As far as seeing it, that's a tough one. It is possible to view with an amatuer telescope, but here in Billings, we'll likely have substantial cloud cover when it's at its closest distance tomorrow.
On February 15th an asteroid like the one pictured here that is bigger than 2 rail cars will pass between the Earth and the Moon. In fact it will come within 14,000 miles of Earth which is just slightly farther than the width of the Earth itself...
