I realize I may be biased but downtown Billings culinary options would make a 5 year-old proud. Burgers, pizza, steak, sandwiches etc. We need some Japanese, Indian, Chinese, Korean and Mongolian. I'd kill for a bowl of Udon right now!
Part of my indoctrination to my new hometown of Billings is the smell of the processing of sugar beets. Some people don't like the smell but to me it has the aroma of roasted corn. Roasted corn smells sweet and so do all the jobs sugar beets add to our economy!
Our work week is quickly ramping up and the weekend is nothing but a pleasant but fading memory, so business as usual! But thanks to the over delayed work of our digital department we can finally present everyone with a photo gallery of our inaugural Jingle Ball!
