D-Day

If you didn't hear over the weekend Bob Dole died at the age of 98. A true American hero from the Greatest Generation died after battling cancer for about a year. After being severely wounded in World War 2 they said he would never walk again. Well, he proved them wrong although he did lose the use of his right arm.

Before they finally head home to Missoula, folks in Billings now have a chance to see the plane and meet the crew! Bryan Douglass tells us that the plane and the crew will be on hand at Edwards Jet Center in Billings from 9AM to 2PM Monday.

Not much will be mentioned today about the greatest display of military bravery and courage we have ever witnessed.  It was June 6th, 1944 when our campaign to liberate Europe started with the Normandy invasion.  Never had so many men, ships, planes and equipment been deployed in a military conflict...
