Sex Offenders Should Just Relocate
Another convicted sex offender was just arrested in Billings after re-offending again. When these people get caught and then are released; they move into another area, don’t register and then ruin someone’s life forever.
Relocation doesn't work on bears either and it’s not working with sex offenders...
