If there’s any country star who knows how to dream big, it’s Dolly Parton. With her roots stemming from rural East Tennessee, Parton grew up an impoverished youth in the Appalachian mountains. Now that she has spent decades at the top of the country music scene, she’s ready to impart some of the wisdom she gained on her journey to other dreamers.

Legendary singer George Jones was finally released from the hospital after being admitted six days ago, on March 29, for an upper respiratory infection. His publicist, Kirt Webster, said in a public statement that the 80-year-old Jones “wants to thank all his friends and fans for their prayers and well wishes over the past few days.”

Shania Twain stalker John Palumbo is now a free man and will remain free as long as he doesn’t come within a half kilometer of the famous singer. The Toronto Sun reports that Palumbo was sentenced to time served and placed on three years probation after a long trial which featured many sensational outbursts.
