Legendary singer George Jones was finally released from the hospital after being admitted six days ago, on March 29, for an upper respiratory infection. His publicist, Kirt Webster, said in a public statement that the 80-year-old Jones “wants to thank all his friends and fans for their prayers and well wishes over the past few days.”

Shania Twain stalker John Palumbo is now a free man and will remain free as long as he doesn’t come within a half kilometer of the famous singer.
