The Billings Gazette reports a man suspected of robbing a West End cellphone store at gunpoint Tuesday morning was arrested hours later in the Reno Club parking lot. Looks like we have a brand new candidate for dumbest criminal ever. Patrick Johnson robbed two banks in the Ocala, FL area in one day. The thief had the presence of mind to change his wardrobe  between his crimes, but his method of sticking up the banks — a note stating he had a gun — was the same both times.

In what appears to be a combination of crime and fetish fantasy, a man in Dallas, Texas robbed an Exxon TigerMart while wearing a floral dress, white boots and with a pair of panties obscuring his face.

The scene was straight out of a classic Saturday-morning cartoon: After a robber took an undisclosed amount of money from a local CVS, he made a mad dash to a nearby laundromat. As he ran, the pile of cash in his arms left a trail behind him, making it an easy catch for police officers.
