time off

If you have employees that take time to smoke outside of their state mandated break, they should have to use PTO. Otherwise, the employees who don't should be awarded additional PTO. If they are paid hourly, they should punch out and punch back in for their smoke breaks...

"How was your time off?" That's the big question I got near the end of 2017 into the new year. Of course it was nice to sleep in and spend some time with family.
