The last couple of days have been kind of rough. It's in times like these that a person tends to self reflect, whether it be on the good, bad or both. I too have done this over the past day or so.

Sometimes you have the self pity moments wondering if what you're doing is good enough or even worth it. Are you making a difference? Can that difference be felt?

I say yes to all of those questions. No matter who you are or what you do, you make the difference in other's lives every single day. It can be as simple as smile as you pass a stranger in the grocery store. A small act of kindness can go a very long way. You and I can change someone's perspective and their whole day with one tiny gesture.

That's what happened to me this morning. I came to work feeling down. As I arrived at the parking garage, I noticed something on one of the station vans. As I walked up to it, I saw a message written to me in the dust on the back window. The above picture is what I saw.

This has changed my day for the better. This quiet little message put a smile on my face and made me feel better about myself. Thank you. I needed this today. To me it was a wonderful sight and perfect timing.

I love you too Cat Pack.
