The 3rd Autism Speaks Walk is Sunday September 8th
Another year has arrived for the annual Autism Speaks Walk in Laurel this Sunday. You can still form a team and come to Laurel on Sunday afternoon and bring out the awareness of Autism.Jay Mauro is one of the lead organizers along with his wife Susan who is very passionate about the disease. The Mauro’s son Seth has Autism.
Jay Mauro was a guest this morning and he reminded us,
the money raised goes to research and funded programs to help families affected by Autism
Join us this Sunday, September 8th at the Laurel High School Sports Complex for registration at 1 p.m. and the walk begins at 2 p.m. Recognition speeches after the event as well as food, drink and jumpy houses for the kids throughout the event.
