The City of Billings is Turning Into a Pig Sty [Opinion]

So much emphasis is put on the amenities that the city has to offer that the basic overall appearance and cleanliness of Billings is overlooked.

Billings' trailhead is a path of litter from one end to the next. It's disgusting to look at the roadways on the way to some of the prettiest parts of the state.

Then the question is, where do I dump my garbage?

With so many rules on what they can and can't take, we make it difficult. Where else can you dump trash without going to the dump?

Are there any city dumpsters around town?

If nobody takes that garbage, what are you suppose to do with it? So many regulations, combined with lazy stupid people, are turning our city and county into a pig sty.
