This morning, Mark and Paul came up with a great new plan to keep would be criminals on from breaking the law.  The Department of Justice just released a new survey suggesting that Montana prisons have one of the highest sexual assault rates in the country.

According to the D.O.J. survey, 9% of inmates in the Montana State Prison claim to have been "sexually victimized" by other convicts.  Another 10% alleged "improper conduct" by the guards..

Mark and Paul think those shocking statistics could actually help deter crime.  Remember the recent media campaign that discouraged people from using meth?  Imagine a billboard that read, "Need a New Girlfriend?  Get Sent to Montana State Prison". If that doesn't scare you straight, nothing will.  Hopefully, if this survey ever turns into a media campaign, there won't be any pictures in the commercials and billboards.
