The Perfect California Club Sandwich
The sandwich in the photo above this paragraph looks pretty freakin’ tasty if I do say so myself. So I can share my culinary acumen with the world (or at least Billings) I’ve enclosed the recipe in this post (Is your mouth watering yet?). Here are the ingredients:
Good bread… preferably brioche.
Grilled Chicken Breast. I sear it in butter on both sides and then put it in the over for 20 minutes at 400 degrees to finish the cooking process.
Finely sliced red onion. I like to slice it so fine it nearly melts in your mouth.
Avocado mashed with garlic salt and a little lemon juice for a spread.
Sliced Roma tomato.
Assemble into the best sandwich you’ve ever had and enjoy!
