The River is Now Open

The Department of Fish Wildlife and Parks have now opened the upper Yellowstone to fishing once again and it's all because of the people of Montana.  The parasite problem was the result of global warming and climate change, so we have been able to change our habits enough in the last ten days to cool the river and stop the fish kill.  Or do you think it was natural and Mother Nature did it?

See last week when I said Mother Nature would fix it they blamed climate change.  So which is it?  Did we fix it or did Mother Nature do it?  We're waiting.........
