Time for Billings’ Newest Game Show: How Many Transients?

On Monday, the multi-million dollar parking garage will finally be open to the public in Downtown Billings.  However, some Billings residents are already enjoying the new facility.  Last night, one of our Cat Country staffers was driving down Broadway and saw a group of transients throwing a big party under the Montana Avenue awning.

Which inspired us to come up with a brand new game.  We'll name a public place in downtown Billings and a time of day. Your job is to guess how many transients are gathered at each place.

We'll start with the shiny, new downtown Billings parking garage.  Last night at 9 pm, how many transients were standing together outside of the entrance?  Send your guesses to flakes103@yahoo.com, subject "How Many Transients?".  The Cat listener whose guess is closest to the actual number of transients, without going over, will win free movie passes.
