Here it is, a new year and for many a new found enthusiasm to change things in their lives.

For many that change is joining to a gym or going on a diet.

4:  Being true to yourself and your diet plan.  At the end of the day you make the choice to either be committed to the plan or not.  No one else can make that choice for you.  The fact that I have a dedicated diet coach is wonderful, I get the guidance and encouragement from them that I need to stay focused and on track.

Something else I've learned, when talking to other people about my weight loss, when they say, I just don't think I could give up ____ (what ever that might be) It tells me that they are not ready to make the change and that is fine.

When they are ready they will make a choice that is best for them.

Since I started on Billings Last Diet, I've lost 68 pounds, 59.7 pounds of that has been fat.

I've lost over half of my body fat from the time I started on the plan and I'm down 41 3/4 inches over all.

I've gone from a size 18 to a size 10.
