Should a Montana judge be punished for comments he made regarding a 14- year-old rape victim?   We think so! The judge claims the young girl was "older than her chronological age!"  We were shocked to find out that the teacher who raped her is set to be released this week, so much for justice.

No surprise that Judge G. Todd Baugh has faced widespread condemnation since sentencing 54-year-old Stacey Rambold to just 30 days in prison for raping the former student who later killed herself.

A leading scholar on judicial ethics says the judge's comments clearly violated judicial conduct rules. Monroe Freedman of Hofstra University says Baugh's remarks revealed his bias against the victim.

Rambold is due to get out of prison Thursday. Prosecutors are appealing his sentence.

Montana National Organization for Women president Marian Bradley says activists will file a formal complaint against Baugh on Tuesday with the state Judicial Standards Commission.  Go get ‘em ladies, there is no excuse. 14 is 14!
