Willie Nelson is one of a number of artists featured on an upcoming Paul McCartney tribute album.

The project was created to pay homage to some of McCartney's most legendary songs, including hits from his time with the Beatles and the Wings, as well as his solo projects.

Nelson sings 'Yesterday,' which McCartney wrote for the Beatles 1965 album 'Help!' The song is one of the most covered in music history, with over 2,200 versions.

Other artists featured on the album include Bob Dylan, Billy Joel, B.B. King, Smokey Robinson and McCartney's son, James McCartney.

The compilation album will be released on Nov. 18 in a number of formats, including CD, vinyl and digital releases, as well as an exclusive 42-track deluxe set that includes hardbound books and a DVD.

More information about the project can be found at TheArtofMcCartney.com. You can pre-order the collection on the website, as well as on iTunes and Amazon.
