Working At Billings’ New Winco

I've never worked at a Winco, but it has a reputation similar to Costco.  It's an employee owned company which supposedly has very competitive benefit and compensation packages.

At this point, they are not accepting applications for the new Billings location.  Their website makes no mention of the upcoming jobs, but it does say that they will post as soon as the time is right.  When that time comes, the jobs will be posted at this link.

I found a couple of videos on youtube which might give you an idea of what it's like to work for them.  One is from Winco and the other video is from a former employee who worked for them for 16 years.  From the looks of these videos, I would say that if you are in the market for a job, or are currently  in a job where you feel underappreciated, you might want to take a look at this company.

As I mentioned, one of the videos is from a former employee, so I have no idea if the policies he refers to are still in effect, but it does give you what seems to be an honest opinion about working there.
