5 Great Things About Fall

The weather switching over the weekend sure made it feel like Fall was here even though the first official day doesn't happen until September 22nd.

For my family and I we embraced every moment of the cooler temps and even the misty rain that fell on Sunday.

Color Of The Trees
The reds and oranges mixing with the green is natures best portrait in my opinion. When things start to change it is an amazing sight in my eyes.

Fall Baking
Every Fall my wife bakes some of her best recipes. Cookies, pies, dinners and so much more. I look forward to coming home everyday to smell what is cooking and of course savoring the tasty goodness.

The Pumpkin Patch
In preparation of Halloween the family and I love heading out to the pumpkin patch and finding the perfect specimens for our carving delight. Not to mention baking the seeds for a nice snack.

Cocoa Without An Excuse
Cocoa is one of my favorite things. I love it and when it's cold there's nothing better in my opinion. I love cocoa all year round but during the cold months I don't have to make up an excuse to have it.

Getting Ready For The Holidays
This is probably my favorite of all. Being able to be together as a family in a way that doesn't seem to happen all year. The love and caring atmosphere seems to be more noticeable and I love the closeness as we get ready for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
