Hard Not To Play Hookie On An Amazing Day Like This

As I write this blog it's sunny and 60 degrees outside with but the lightest breeze. My friend Joel and I had pizza at Guido's who had opened their outer door/wall to let the outdoors in. Is it just me or do pizza and beer taste better on a day like this? The colors are brighter, music sounds better and there's the smell of fresh cut grass in the air. I can't even tell you what an effort it was to come back to work after being outside... and I love my job! All I wanted to do was sit on the back patio of my Montana Avenue loft and drink Bozone while the trains pass by. Oh well, there's still tonight!
