In a world that often feels divided, the Billings community just gave us all a reminder of what can happen when people come together with a shared sense of purpose.

The 10th Annual Yellowstone Valley Gives event, hosted by the Billings Community Foundation, united hearts and efforts in a two-day giving campaign that raised over $423,000 for nonprofits across Eastern Montana!

More Than Just a Fundraiser

This wasn’t just about dollars and cents, it was about stories. For 48 hours, 112 nonprofit organizations poured their passion into telling the world why their work matters. And our community listened.

From causes that support our youth, protect our environment, and provide access to healthcare, to those that enrich our lives through the arts, this was a moment where every mission had a platform and every voice had a chance to be heard.

Real Impact, Real Gratitude

Our organizations told their stories well and our communities responded with outstanding support this year,” said Zack Terakedis, Executive Director of the Billings Community Foundation.

From a fundraising standpoint, our tenth year blew every metric out of the water.” Terakedis' gratitude was heartfelt and deserved. This campaign was not just the biggest in the event’s history, it was the perfect example of the power of connection and the belief that we are stronger when we invest in one another.

A Ripple of Goodness

What made this event truly special wasn’t just the amount raised; it was the ripple effect. Each donation helped strengthen the foundation on which these nonprofits stand, giving them the resources they need to continue the incredible, often life-changing work they do day in and day out.

It’s About All of Us

Yellowstone Valley Gives isn’t just a fundraiser, it’s a reflection of who we are as a region.  A community that believes in lifting one another, in showing up when it matters most, and in putting our money where our hearts are.
