Love Wine? Wine Spectator’s 2024 ‘Best’ Recognizes 17 MT Restaurants
I'm not a huge wine person, but I do love good food and it seems like restaurants with a great wine list usually have fantastic food.
Wine Spectator magazine recently recognized restaurants with excellent wine selections in its 2024 'Best' list and seventeen restaurants in Montana earned praise from the publication
Most of them are in the western half of Montana, where patrons in places like Big Sky (four winners on the 2024 list) might have higher food and wine expectations than us commoners. However, according to Wine Spectators, two of the 'Best' restaurants are easier for folks in the Billings area to check out. One is in Billings, the other in Red Lodge.
Here is their 2024 list of Montana's Best.

- The Dining Room at Chico, Chico, MT
- The Ranch at Rock Creek, Phillipsburg, MT
