Montana Has Great Kids. Nominate a Billings Area Student for $1,000
Grumbling about youth and "kids these days" is certainly not a new thing. One can assume it's something that has occurred since, well, kids. Yes, there are troubled youth now, but there have been for millennia!
And throughout generations, there have always been good kids out there who inspire, lead, motivate, or otherwise stand out to peers, teachers, coaches, or family.
If you have a student, or know a student, in our Billings radio listening area who is an inspiration to others, Townsquare Media would like to recognize them with our Most Valuable Student of the Week award. With Gerstner Adam Law, an outstanding student will win $1,000. You can nominate a student on the link below.

Everyone knows a Montana kid who deserves some recognition.
I could blab forever about how proud I am of my kids, and I know you have a child, grandchild, niece, nephew, etc., who you admire just as much. Or maybe you're an educator, guardian, coach, or social worker who's seen a special light in a deserving student.

From farm and ranch kids who are doing big things in the industry, to STEAM standouts, team leaders, gentle spirits, or special needs, we want to recognize as many of these awesome students throughout the school year. Each week, one MVP student will win a restaurant gift certificate and recognition on-air and online.
When spring 2026 rolls around, one Most Valuable Pupil will win the MVP grand prize of $1,000. Any kid would LOVE to get an extra grand - they can use it for whatever they'd like: savings, travel, college, tools, electronics, clothing, shoes, toys, you name it.
