Sex Offenders Should Just Relocate

Another convicted sex offender was just arrested in Billings after re-offending again.  When these people get caught and then are released; they move into another area, don’t register and then ruin someone’s life forever.

Relocation doesn't work on bears either and it’s not working with sex offenders.  In fact I would much rather have a bear in the neighborhood than a pervert.   Ankle bracelets or a GPS device with a warning alarm should be mandatory for these criminals before another innocent child's life is ruined....
