This last week, two men received less than five years in prison for assaults with a weapon.

Little children don't need to fear Halloween monsters. Some should fear immature young adults.

Here are the stark numbers:

Deszeray Johnson, a 28-year-old Billings Female, was remanded to YCDF for Assault with a Weapon.

The suspect, 44-year-old Anthony Garcia, was taken into custody for Kidnapping, PFMA/Aggravated Assault, Criminal Endangerment, and Fleeing/Eluding.

After some time around the 800 block of Lewis, BPD have arrested the suspect.

It's a busy weekend for BPD.

One suspect is on the loose still.

Though he was originally facing life in prison, Gregory Michael Samuel Toth was sentenced to 44 months behind bars, followed by three years of supervised release for assault with intent to commit a felony.
