When the Montana D.O.T. writes their new bike plan, how about including this idea. Anyone who operates a bicycle on any Montana road should be required to have insurance in case of an accident. If a bicyclist is involved in an accident and it's their fault, but you wreck your car, you'll need medical treatment, and you'll get stuck with that bill...
