Every fitness conscious person, fitness guru or doctor I have discussed this with tells me to drink more water. The truth is, I don't drink much of anything unless I'm using it to wash down food. So, I decided I would make 2019 the year I stay hydrated and I'm finding it more difficult than an exercise commitment.

This isn't an excuse, it's the reason for why I can't keep the weight off. Genetics play a big role in our health and fitness, but there is something that trumps even DNA - PHYSICS! If you take in more calories than you burn, you will gain weight. If there is a deficit you will lose weight. There...I just demystified a multi-billion dollar industry at no charge.
