Every fitness conscious person, fitness guru or doctor I have discussed this with tells me to drink more water. The truth is, I don't drink much of anything unless I'm using it to wash down food. Why I’m Failing With Fitness
In 2016 I lost about 60 pounds, 40 of which I've put back on. If I keep on the same track, it will be all of it and then some. So what's the reason I'm failing? I hardly move.
