Magic City

The magic has finally run out. Much like its other acclaimed, but low-rated two-season drama 'Boss,' premium cable network Starz has officially opted not to renew its 1960s Jeffrey Dean Morgan crime drama 'Magic City.' The second season, and ultimately series finale will air this coming Friday night.

Among some of the more direct news to come out of Starz' TCA press tour panel, including an exceptionally early renewal for Michael Bay pirate drama 'Black Sails,' the premium cable network offered up a few updates on some of its more skeptical properties. There is a hidden gem in the Magic City that many people are not aware of. I discovered it a couple of weeks ago when I was on my way to Riverfront Park for a bike ride.

Well it shouldn't be but as you can see from the photo above some citizens of the Magic City don't care. Sometimes I wonder if they call this the Magic City because we can make the beer inside a bottle disappear. This little gem was found on the north west corner of Broadway and 1st kitty corner to the new Northern Hotel...
