There is a historic mansion for sale in Montana that just might be the most interesting we've ever discussed. It's not just a beautifully restored old home. Every single one of it's previous owners have their own significant stories in Montana history. But cool history doesn't come cheap.

Although this lovely home is still out of most people's price range, it really is a Montana "bargain" at $169 per square foot.

After two years on the market, Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman have sold their home for $2.75 million. The 5000 square foot, four-bedroom home outside Nashville was purchased by the couple 11 years ago for $2.45 million and features a three-car garage, gym, recreation rooms and 35 acres of land.
