Montgomery Gentry‘s ‘So Called Life’ lyrics were crafted close to five years ago by songwriting pals Bruce Wallace and Sean Patrick McGraw. The birth of the song — which is a new single for the duo — was the start of a strong friendship for the writers.

Montgomery Gentry will tear things up true MG style when they head to ‘Fox and Friends’ on Friday (May 25) to kick off the network’s All-American Concert Series. Eddie Montgomery and Troy Gentry will break out all of their hits — both new and old – during the high-octane performance on the popular on program, scheduled during the 8AM ET hour.

Montgomery Gentry is always one of the first to jump at the opportunity to help those in need, so after the heartbreaking tornadoes demolished homes and businesses in Kentucky back in March, the duo decided to do their part to help give back.
