The USS Billings was conducting it's first east coast littoral combat ship overseas exchange of command, and has operated forward-deployed since December 2021.

"Along with an embarked U.S. Coast Guard law enforcement detachment, the Billings seized more than $111.8 million worth of cocaine and removed 13 suspected drug traffickers from the narcotics trade."

We still have not heard yet from someone regarding the USS Billings commission. They are a 501c3 organization. I have questions.
