Multi-instrumentalist and member of the Zac Brown Band Clay Cook welcomed his new son, Charles Robert Cook, into the world on Friday (Nov. 4). The musician announced the news on Instagram with a photo of his wife, Brooke, holding their newborn.

Zac Brown Band also shared the news on their Twitter page with an adorable photo of Clay and his son:
The baby news comes just two weeks after another band member welcomed his new bundle of joy. Coy Bowles is a new father of a baby girl who was born on Oct. 21.
Hattie Bowles was born on her due date, according to Bowles’ Instagram. The band also made the announcement of baby’s arrival on their social pages, asking fans to help them congratulate Bowles and his wife, Kylie.
“Mother and baby are happy and healthy. Life is good. And the journey begins,” Bowles shared.
In other Zac Brown Band news, frontman Brown is at the helm of a new project called Sir Roosevelt with Niko Moon and Ben Simonetti. The group's debut album was released on Oct. 28.
“It’s fun, we get to explore all the other influences that we like and I think it’s just got a lot more international appeal,” Brown tells Billboard. “It’s not shoved in a bucket like country music is.”
Brown is well aware that some music fans will harshly judge his new project, but he's not too worried.
“Some people are gonna hate anything, they’re gonna hate when anybody tries to go or do anything and that’s usually the people who don’t ever create anything themselves,” he says. “It’s gonna be interesting to see but I don’t see any of our fans that love what we do not loving Sir Rosevelt. They’re not losing Zac Brown Band, they’re gaining Sir Rosevelt.”
