Cut Them Some Slack

With all of the snow recently I hope the Billings code enforcement people cut residents some slack on keeping their sidewalks clear.  I was on my way in this morning in the heights and the constant plowing continues to pile up the snow on sidewalks.   It’s virtually impossible to keep them clean and costly to boot.
