Yesterday was Election Day in Billings and, as usual, a lot of people didn't even notice.  This morning, Paul guessed that 60% of the people in Yellowstone County probably weren't aware there was an election, let alone what they were voting for.

Mark has voted in every single election since he turned 18.  It is a right that he won't take for granted.  For years, it would bother him when people didn't vote.  Now, he considers it a good thing.  If you don't take the time to get informed about the issues, Mark would actually prefer if you didn't vote.

Of course, Mark made sure to drop his ballot off in person.  Every year, he fills out an absentee ballot.  Because he doesn't trust the post office, he delivers it instead of mailing it.
