In celebration of National Bike Month, RiverStone Health, Billings TrailNet, MET Transit, and the City of Billings are organizing the fourth annual Billings Commuter Challenge. The 2017 Billings Commuter Challenge encourages area residents of all ages and abilities to leave their car at home and engage in active transportation for the month of May. Participants who choose to commute by bicycle, foot or bus for any non-recreational trips (e.g. work, school, errands) can log their trips online and have a chance to win weekly raffle prizes and final month-end awards. Businesses, schools, or families can create teams online and compete against each other in a friendly competition.

In addition to the health benefits of commuting by walking, taking a bus, biking, or rolling, local businesses are also offering discounts and freebies for participants. Register online to learn how you can receive discounts and even free ice cream!
