Impaired Driving

I haven't looked up the stats, but I'd be curious to know how many drunk/impaired by chemicals drivers are out there during the daylight hours. A guy hit a BUILDING yesterday and admitted to being drunk AND on cocaine. Also, anybody care to comment on what happens at Tokyo Sauna?
