A fan of the Josh Abbott Band who is battling cancer got to cross a very important item off her bucket list over the weekend.

The band performed at Ziegfest in Corpus Christi, Texas on Friday (Nov. 21). Longtime fan Hazel McKenna is fighting ovarian cancer, and after her diagnosis, she created a master list of things she'd like to do, including singing a song with Abbott live onstage.

McKenna got to make that dream come true Friday night, joining Abbott for a very special acoustic duet on 'Oh, Tonight,' a song he originally recorded with Kacey Musgraves. McKenna threw down her crutches and unwrapped her head scarf to the cheers of the crowd before she took the mic, and the audience sang along with her and Abbott in a show of support for the brave fan.

The moment was clearly very special to McKenna, who was overcome with emotion and bowed her head in gratitude as the song came to an end and the crowd gave her an enormous ovation. Check out the video of the sweet moment above.
