The deadline to file your income taxes is only a couple of weeks away and hopefully you won't end up owing the feds like poor Mark Wilson.  This morning, the Flakes read a new survey that ranks Montana 38th in the country for individual tax burdens.

That might sound like good news, until you realize that we are all overtaxed.  The survey says the average Montana resident contributes 9.8% of their annual income to the government.

Our neighbors in Wyoming have the lowest taxes in the nation.  South Dakota isn't far behind, ranking 49th on the list.
