New Wave of Terror Hits Billings

This morning, Paul went on a rant about the Billings Police increasing patrols at Pioneer Park.  It seems that some crazy teens were shooting darts at innocent little bunny rabbits.

In Paul's opinion, this is a waste of valuable manpower and resources.  Who among us didn't have a pea shooter or a BB gun when we were growing up?  That's just something that teenagers do, and it's a heckuva lot better than some of the other things they could be doing.  Sure, it's sad when a rabbit dies, but do we need to beef up patrols to bust these kids?  They're smarter than that.  They're not gonna shoot at rabbits when the Police are around.

Frankly, the Flakes are more concerned about the transients taking over North Park than a teenager shooting darts at rabbits. Maybe the Billings PD should beef up patrols to keep drunk vagrants out of our parks instead of chasing down a few crazy teens.
